So, I went to school to get a degree in nutrition, and then exercise science.
For the past 2 decades, I have worked primarily helping people lose weight - I understand how the body (and health conditions) respond to lifestyle changes. I have run the gamut with my clients - working with people who have several medical complications to others who want to lose a few pounds for an upcoming event.
I incorporate traditional and functional/integrative approaches into my practice - this means that I will look to support your health through preventative measures while working with your medical interventions (if appropriate).
